SUMMER DRESSES-SHIRTS

soooo....
where I live, it's now summer, so the next couple posts is just gonna be related to summer so yeah i decided to show  some summer dresses or shirts that I liked for ya'll, but first i am going to show you some summer  tips (most of these tips are not mine i pick them from random places so yeah) , oh and the main reason i wrote dresses-shirts is cuz some people might find these short so they wear them as a shirt :

Tips:

1) stay hydrated
2) put you sunglasses on a hanger so they don't break and incase you're like me, you won't lose them is less than 20 min 
3) tie your hair or try to keep it on a bun
4) coffee ice cubes are a must in summer
5) use a tanning or sun protection cream that way you won't look burned 

ok folks, that's all the tips i got (lol i am saying that as if i just wrote like 50 tips)

1) the flowers, they are so vintage and i like that
2) idk lol i just like it

Tips on losing weight fast

1- EAT EVERY MEAL 

2- Get enough sleep (this does really help)

3- Go for a walk or exercise daily (it can be for 20 min only doesn't have to be for hours)

4- Drink alot of water

5- Drink green tea

➹How to have softer lips ➹

5 tips on having softer lips:

-apply petroleum jelly at night (vaseline and aquaphor etc......)

-wear a moisturizing lip balm or lipstick and try to avoid lip balms with flavors or dyes

-rub sugar on your lips (it does sound crazy but it works)also avoid salty stuff as it only dry out your lips

-avoid licking or biting your lips                

-combine a tablespoon of honey with two teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of olive oil. Rub the mixture on your lips and leave it there for several minutes

How to make your hair soft and silky

1.Avoid washing your hair daily. Your hair follicles produce natural oils (lipids) which add shine and softness; washing your hair repeatedly with harsh chemicals (such as those present in most shampoos) removes these oils. While removing them is necessary as they build up and become greasy in appearance over time, washing your hair every day can strip away the healthy oils. Wash at least once a week and no more than twice a week for the right balance.

2.Avoid dyes. The pre-treatment (usually with ammonia) makes the hair strand weak and the follicles damaged. Repeatedly using hair colors will make your hair dry, dull and lifeless.

3.Stay away from heat products. Using blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons burn your hair and create split ends. This dry, fragile, and broken hair will be difficult to smooth and appear dead and dull. Try using heating tools as little as possible, or avoid them altogether. Always let your hair air dry after you wash it. If you must use a blower, use it without heat.

4.Take vitamin supplements. Certain supplements, such as Omega-3 oil, fish egg phospholipids, and vitamin E, improve the shine and growth of your hair. Purchase these in a gel-capsule form from a local health food store, and take them on a daily basis.

5.Trim off split ends. Over time, your hair will look damaged and dry if it is not trimmed as a result of split ends. Take time every 3-4 months to get a hair trim, and watch the shine of your hair significantly improve.

SLUMBER PARTY IDEAS

list of things you can do in a slumber party:

Karaoke
Let everyone have a turn at singing.  Play American Idol and set up judges to vote on the best performance.  

Talent Show
Everyone performs their best (or worst) talent.  Have judges and award small prizes. 

Fashion Fashion Show
Dress up and give away small prizes for best walk, best pose, most attitude and best over all. 

Slumber Scrap
 Take digital pictures during the slumber party and make scrapbook pages later in the evening.  Provide everyone with a small scrapbook, pretty paper, fun cut-outs and scissors. 

Dance, dance .... dance
Then play freeze dance.  Have someone turn down the volume and everyone must freeze and not laugh until the music starts again.  Whoever laughs has to turn down the volume next. 

Talk about parents, school, life .....

Makeovers
Give each other makeovers then take pictures.  These can also be funny makeovers and everyone must keep their crazy look through the rest of the party.
